Job description
We’re looking for a talented Senior Web Designer to join our fully remote team. You’ll lead high-impact design projects for diverse clients, shaping beautiful, effective, and user-friendly sites that drive results.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects, from concept to delivery
- Collaborate with developers, PMs, and clients to refine ideas
- Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs in Figma (or similar)
- Ensure strong UX, accessibility, and responsive design best practices
- Guide and mentor junior designers if needed
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional web design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating modern, effective web design
- Expertise in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.)
- Solid understanding of UX, UI, and responsive design principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with Webflow a plus
