Terms of Service

Last updated: the 15th of October 2026

These terms apply to your use of demandflow.co. Please read them before using the site. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please stop using it.

1. Who we are

Demandflow is the trading name of WISESTUDIO VENTURES LTD, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 13721849. Our registered office is First Floor, Swan Buildings, 20 Swan Street, Manchester, M4 5JW. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company.

You can contact us at hello@demandflow.co or write to our registered office.

2. The website and our services

The site explains our work and services, shares information and lets you enquire or book a call. Its content is general information. It isn’t advice tailored to your circumstances.

Sending an enquiry, booking a call or reading a price on the site doesn’t create a contract for our services. Any work we agree to do is covered by a separate agreement, which sets out its scope, fees and terms. That agreement governs the client relationship. These website terms don’t change it.

3. Using the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes. Please give accurate information when you contact us and only share material you have the right to provide.

You must not:

  • introduce malware or other harmful code
  • try to access the site, its systems or data without permission
  • disrupt the site, overload it or interfere with another person’s use of it
  • use our forms to send spam, unlawful material or messages that impersonate someone else
  • use the site in a way that infringes anyone’s rights.

We may restrict access where reasonably needed to protect the site, its users or our rights.

4. Our content and other people’s work

The content on this site, including text, design, images, video and code, belongs to us or its respective owners and is protected by intellectual property law. Client names, logos and work remain subject to their owners’ rights. Showing work here doesn’t transfer those rights to you.

You may view the site and save or print pages for personal use or internal business reference. Keep any ownership notices with them. Other uses of our content need our written permission unless the law allows them. You must not present our work as your own or suggest that we or our clients endorse you.

You may link to our public pages fairly and accurately. A link must not suggest a partnership or endorsement that doesn’t exist.

5. Accuracy and availability

We take care over what we publish, but information can become out of date and mistakes can happen. We don’t guarantee that every page will always be accurate, complete or current. Case studies describe particular projects and don’t guarantee the same results for another business. Please check anything material to a decision with us.

We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the site. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted access or that it will be free from errors or harmful code. You’re responsible for using appropriate security measures on your own devices.

6. Other websites and services

The site links to other websites and uses services such as video players and a booking calendar. Those providers have their own terms and privacy information. We don’t control their content or operation, and a link doesn’t mean we endorse everything on the linked site.

7. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Our Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies we use and how to manage your choices. Applications for roles are covered by our Recruitment Privacy Notice.

8. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything else the law doesn’t allow us to exclude or limit. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

If you use the site for business, to the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill or anticipated savings arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. This applies to the website only. Liability for client work is governed by the separate agreement for that work.

If you use the site as a consumer, we’re responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. Loss is foreseeable if it was obvious it would happen or both you and we knew it might happen.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site or the law changes. The date above shows when they were last updated. The version in place when you use the site applies to that use. Changes don’t alter rights or responsibilities that have already arisen.

10. Governing law and questions

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you use the site for business, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about these terms. If you’re a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in your home courts that apply under the law.

If something is wrong or you have a question about these terms, please email hello@demandflow.co so we can look into it.
