Brand Designer

Turn a company’s positioning into a distinctive visual identity, then help it come alive across its website and the wider brand.

  • Full-time
  • Remote

The opportunity

Turn what makes a B2B company distinctive into a visual identity people recognise and remember. You’ll develop the idea into a system that works across its website and wider brand, working closely with designers and engineers to carry it through.

Brand identity and graphic design are the core of the role. You’ll work from agreed positioning, developing new identities and extending existing brands across digital and marketing materials.

What you’ll do

Find the visual idea

Get close to the company, its audience and agreed positioning. Explore creative directions and help the client understand why the strongest idea fits their business.

Build a distinctive identity

Develop logos, typography, colour and imagery into a coherent visual system. Test it in real applications, from website graphics to campaigns and presentations. Some projects begin with a new identity, while others develop an existing brand.

Carry the brand into the website

Work with UI/UX designers and engineers on the visual direction. Contribute to motion, web design and product visuals where your skills extend into them.

Give people a system they can use

Create clear guidelines, organised assets and useful templates. Present the work, resolve feedback and plan delivery with Project Leads. Share techniques that strengthen our design practice.

The expertise you’ll bring

  • A strong portfolio of brand identity and graphic design, showing how you turn positioning into a visual concept and develop it across formats.
  • A considered eye for typography, composition, imagery and information hierarchy, with the attention to detail to finish the work well.
  • Experience creating usable brand guidelines and assets, with room for the identity to develop.
  • Strong Figma skills and relevant graphic design tools such as Illustrator and Photoshop. You understand how identity translates into websites, motion and product visuals.
  • An established AI workflow for research and visual exploration, guided by your own concept development and art direction.
  • Clear client communication: presenting recommendations, responding to feedback and organising work across projects.

Useful additional experience

  • Hands-on website UI/UX design, including responsive layouts and reusable design components.
  • Motion design using tools such as Jitter or After Effects.
  • Product illustrations, interface compositions or diagrams that make complex ideas easier to understand.
  • Brand and graphic design for B2B, SaaS or technology companies.

How we’ll help you grow

Build range across identity and graphic design, see your ideas develop in digital experiences and help shape how Demandflow approaches brand work.

  • Performance bonuses and a clear path to promotion.
  • Access to frontier tools.
  • Dedicated learning time, funded development and regular feedback.
  • Work with specialists across brand, design, development and growth.
  • 25 days’ paid leave, plus one week off over Christmas.
  • Fully remote, with a flexible schedule around your role’s collaboration hours.

High standards, shared.

Take ownership, stay curious and obsess over the details. Collaborate without ego, give clear feedback and meet real client deadlines.
